Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LifeStyle Labs LLC ("LifeStyle Labs," "we," "our," or "us"). They govern your use of our websites, mobile applications, and games — including games we distribute inside third-party platforms such as TikTok (together, the "Services"). By using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Some Services or features may impose a higher minimum age, which will be stated where it applies.

Your account

Some Services let you create an account, including by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, and let us know right away at main@lifestylelabs.net if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You can delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

License to use the Services

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All software, design, text, graphics, logos, game content, and other materials in the Services are owned by LifeStyle Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.

Your content

Some Services let you post or upload content — for example photos, reviews, ratings, display names, and other material ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Services. This license ends when your User Content is deleted from the Services, except where limited copies persist in routine backups or where retention is required by law.

You are responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate the law or the rights of others.

Community rules

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person, business, or place.
• Use the Services to spam, deceive, or exploit others, including submitting fake reviews or ratings.
• Cheat, use bots, scripts, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools, or otherwise interfere with fair play in our games.
• Probe, scan, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Services, or use the Services to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.

We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules. To report content or behavior, contact main@lifestylelabs.net or use the in-product reporting and blocking tools where available.

Purchases and virtual items

Some Services offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items such as coins, boosts, cosmetics, or other digital goods ("Virtual Items"). Purchases are processed by the platform through which you use the Service (for example Apple, Google, or TikTok), and that platform's payment terms and refund policies apply. Prices may change, and any applicable taxes are your responsibility.

Virtual Items are a limited license to features within the Services — they are not property, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Services. Except where required by law or by the platform's refund policy, purchases of Virtual Items are final. If we discontinue a Service, Virtual Items in it may expire; we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

Third-party platforms and services

The Services are distributed through third-party platforms — for example the Apple App Store, Google Play, and TikTok — and your use of a Service through a platform is also subject to that platform's own terms and policies. These Terms are between you and LifeStyle Labs only: platform providers are not parties to these Terms, are not responsible for the Services or their content, and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for them. Platform providers and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you with respect to your use of the relevant Service on their platform.

For games played inside TikTok, note that TikTok — not LifeStyle Labs — controls the surrounding account system, payment processing, and platform experience; anything TikTok collects or does is governed by TikTok's own terms and privacy policy. The Services may also link to third-party websites or content we do not control, and we are not responsible for them.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content in the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to main@lifestylelabs.net that includes: your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove content and, for repeat infringers, terminate accounts.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content in the Services (including business information such as hours, menus, and locations contributed by users or drawn from public sources) is accurate or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeStyle Labs and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold LifeStyle Labs harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time — including for violations of these Terms — and we may modify or discontinue a Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which LifeStyle Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at main@lifestylelabs.net and give us a good-faith opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts of that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing claims in small-claims court where eligible.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
